Who are Moore Performance?

A premier training group based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney who specialise in Triathlon, Multisport, running, swimming & cycling.

We have a strong network of professional coaches which allows us to cater for a wide range of abilities and focus on a variety of events from short to long course racing.

Our “Moore Performance” programs are tailored to individuals needs through the right balance between squad and individual training.  For clients who are not able to attend our group sessions, we provide detailed online programs delivered through Training Peaks.  In both cases we are able to capture all your training data which allows our coaches to see the bigger picture and keep you on track to reach your goals.

Whether your goal is your first competitive run, swim, triathlon or cycle, or your 100th iron man, we can tailor make a program specifically for you, your goals and your individual abilities.

Triathlon is the only sport in Australia where you can compete at world level in your age group, at The World championships held in a different global location each year. This is a goal many Moore Performance athletes aspire to and achieve.

  • I'm sure Lucy will agree that I was pretty resistant to joining a squad, but I am glad I did. Danny's squad provides support to everyone, regardless of ability, and this is true of the coaches and other members of the squad.
