We run a number of training camps through the year to either get a big fitness boost or specifically to prep for a goal race. The benefits from a training camp is huge as you are able to really take your fitness to a new level while having fun with like minded people.

Our camps range from our flagship annual camp in Jindabyne to our weekend getaways to boost break up the training and to shock your system to another level of fitness.

Focus – Base and strength Builder
Dates – Friday 13th to Sunday 15th of October

Where – Jindabyne
Focus – training in Altitude, big volume
Dates – Tuesday 2nd Jan to Saturday 6th January 2018

Where – Port Macquarie / Camden Haven
Focus – Ironman and 70.3 Camp
Dates – Friday 24th to Sunday 26th March 2018.
