Danny Moore
I have been coaching people to compete in Triathlons, multi-sport and Ultra events since 2007 and continue to develop myself as a coach to help my athletes reach their goals.

Moore Performance was created simply because I couldn’t find other training groups that could cater for what I personally needed. Moore Performance was created to provide an all inclusive training and support network delivering high quality training for all levels of athletes from beginner to professional and Olympic level athletes.

As Founder and owner of Moore Performance, I’m driven to help athletes improve through training smarter and not just harder. I saw so many training groups grinding people into the ground and not looking at the bigger or long-term picture. We take more of a holistic approach to achieve long-term results. We also specialise in helping time-poor athletes train efficiently and compete and without taking any short cuts.

Training efficiently and smarter is the key to success.

We have seen many great performances and results from our athletes and have seen new athletes go from being total novices (ie: not even being able to keep up on the warm up) to competing well in the age group World Champs, State gold medals on the track (cycling) and also endless age group triathlon podiums which has been very rewarding and fantastic. The greatest satisfaction has been from seeing the bond and support between my athletes and their attitude to training and racing.

I specialise in training and racing with a Power Meter, which gives our athletes a real advantage over their competition.

Tony has been a practicing Level 1 Coach for 15 years, He has competed continuously in Triathlon over the past 27 years, at all distances.
He enjoys teaching and helping others, and seeing their improvement, and specialises at beginner to Intermediated level.
Has coached for Can-Too for 6 years – Marathon – Half marathon and now swimming groups.


Phil is a holistic performance coach and a passionate multi-sport athlete. While Phil’s first love of triathlon remains his primary focus at Moore Performance; helping athletes get big results mainly at 70.3 and the Ironman distance; he also coaches for adventure races, mountain bike events, trails runs and more; ranging from X-Terra all the way up to multi-day events.

Phil is a data driven coach and uses the numbers to really help bring out the best in his athletes… if you ask Phil the number one purchase for any athlete looking to really up their game, before fancy frames and carbon wheels would be a power meter! Testing, benchmarking and tweaking training and nutrition based on performance is also a vital part of the program for this athletes. But it’s not all about the numbers; Phil puts a heavy focus on lifestyle and diet, helping his athletes to really dial what they do outside of training to not only improve recovery, performance and health but also keep that all important life balance!

A Precision Nutrition certified coach, Phil works with athletes, (and non-athletes alike) to help them achieve the perfect balance between health, performance and body composition through a habit formation, in-depth analysis and outcome based decision making. Zoe Wilson

Zoe is a triathlon-mad Accredited Practising Dietitian with a keen interest in sports nutrition. Most of all, she loves making nutrition concepts easy for any old person to follow. Zoe will help you get the most out of your training. She can help with general nutrition for athletes (or wanna-be athletes), race day nutrition planning, weight loss or weight gain and anything in between!  

Sally Lynch
Sally is a Sydney based running technique specialist and Athletics Australia coach. Sally trained under two time Olympic coach and Pose Method creator Dr Nicholas Romanov and now conducts both large scale coaching clinics and one on one sessions with a view of not only corrective technique application but of specific race training programmes for all distances and abilities. A personal trainer, Sally also specialise in strength training and conditioning programmes for runners.

I’m David Daffey, an ordinary guy who happens to enjoy healthy food, along with swimming, cycling and running (that’s right…I’m a triathlete). I live in Sydney, Australia and have a degree in Psychology and Human Movement Studies. I started in triathlon back in January 2001 when one of my mates entered me in a Sprint distance triathlon after being inspired by the Sydney Olympics. I got the “bug” like many of us and have worked my way through all the distance triathlons to racing two Australian Ironman (2014 and 2015) events.

One aspect I love about triathlon is the fact you get to compete on the same course as the elite athletes. Ever since Craig Alexander said to me “Keep going mate” when he passed me during the run leg in Port Macquarie back in 2003, I’ve had such respect for this guy. It is little wonder Danny named me MC years ago (as in Mini Crowie).

But doing all of this exercise and having some knowledge didn’t necessarily mean I was healthy. Recently, I became a Certified Banting Coach through the Tim Noakes Foundation and Real Meal Revolution. After quitting refined sugar back in September 2015 and regaining my “health” I now teach people like you how to Bant and follow “A Banter’s Life”! Banting is about learning how to eat healthy foods that make you feel, look, age and perform well.
