Whether you are just starting out, race competitively, training for triathlon or love running. From Mondays through to Sundays, Moore Performance has run options that will cater for your ability.

THE RUNS

Monday

6-7am – York Road Gates at Centennial Park

This run is just an easy run, where people will either just recover or get some good base miles.  A great way to start the week..

Wednesday

18.30-19.30/45 – McKay Oval – Centennial Park 

Focus on speed work, but relative to ability and target distance.  Wide range of abilities catered for with focus on pacing and technique.

Friday

6-7am – York Road Gates at Centennial Park  

Run will be either hill, tempo or cruise intervals.  Will set you up for the weekend.

Sunday

7am – Usually from Centennial Park

Long run and will vary from week to week.  Locations will also vary.
