The squad programs (Run, Cycle, or Triathlon) are for those who want to train on a weekly basis with like-minded people. This option is great if you like some structure but don’t want a rigid training plan. You can pick or choose what sessions you attend.

What you get:

  • structured group training 7 days a week
  • unlimited access to bike and run sessions.
  • access to the club Facebook page  for updates and tips
  • daily reminders and details of the general squad sessions through your own personal Training Peaks account
  • Weekly emails re events, Socials and tips
  • Discounts with partners??

My main focus with these sessions is to have fun, provide diverse sessions that challenge you, whilst ensuring constant improvement for every group/level.

The Performance plan is all about YOU! It’s more ‘Danny time’ which means a customised training program. This option is great if you are training for a race or to achieve a personal fitness objective. It’s structured and 100% customised to you and your life.

  • Fitness level assessment
  • Personal goal assessment
  • Personalised weekly training schedule, uploaded to Training Peaks
  • Assessments of your data
  • 1:1 catch ups and support from ME!
  • Access to all group sessions each week
  • Daily updates of session on Training Peaks

We start by looking at the structure of your season, goals and events and then breakdown the best way to get you there.
We offer our Performance Athletes everything you need to achieve your peak performance on race day, with calculated training zones and race plans.

To get the most out of this coaching package, it is important for me and you to connect regularly and work on this together to get the best results.
