Saturday Ride Options

Many will be running off the bike also.

We will make a call on Sunday, based on the conditions on Saturday.

 

 

Local Ride

90-120 mins – Barracks & Mons loops + Lapa.

Easy ride to the Barracks Loop, then hard up the red section, recover on the blue section.

You will do 3 hills, then head to Mons Avenue.

Mons Av – Figure 8 loops.

Again red is push hard, blue is go easy/recovery.

Aim for 5-8 Loops.

Following the Mons reps, you will then head down to Lapa at a nice steady pace. The hard work is done so a nice endurance pace.


Como Loop

This is instead of a waterfall ride, approx 5km shorter, but more hills. I expect we will have two packs so we can cater for slower and faster riders. Attached is the map and I suggest that you download the TXC file and upload to your GPS device.

Quicker riders will tag on that blue section (approx 1.4km) near the start.


3 Peaks Ride

North, Leave park. Do Bobbin Head, Galston, Wisemans, Mangrove Mountain, Calga, Pie in the Sky back to Hornsby. 200k 3000m climbing.

We will have two packs doing this one with a train trip home from Hornsby.


Ironman

Como Loop, to Waterfall and back through the RNP from Waterfall.
