- What drew you to cycling?
I Started riding to work at the end of 2009 to keep fit after giving up running – it was too hard on the lower back.
But thats all I do – ride bikes – I can swim but never find the time.
- Why Moore Performance?
MP came into my life via Maria Suarez of course and with her did quite a few rides with Fiona Bennett and Maggi Jedlicka and the training rides for last years 3 Peaks got me further involved
- What sort of training are you doing at the moment?
I commute to/from work 3 or 4 days a week, 17km each way.
- What are your goals?
I am targeting 1000km per month for 2019 overall – I’m on track so far which is pleasing.
